As first-time buyers, she made sure we always understood what was going on and didn't mind explaining things multiple times as the process went on (home buying is very hectic and it's easy to get overwhelmed!) She always made sure that our interests were first and she has a knack for finding the right home for the right person! We told her what we were interested in and we looked at a few homes and actually decided on the first one she chose for us because, even though she didn't know us well at that point she knew what we wanted! Even through haggling with the sellers to the closing table, she was amazing! She would let me vent when I was overwhelmed and she knew how to make things calm again. She was always available through text, phone calls, or emails. I have recommended her to all of my friends and will only use her in the future if we ever decide to sell. Home buying can be a very stressful time but she made it a wonderful and exciting time for us and we now have the wonderful memory of buying our first home! For that, we are very grateful!
